 Rocco Siffredi was born in Ortona Mare in Italy on May 4, 1964. At the age of 16, he enlisted in the Navy, leaving two years later to help his brother, Giorgio, at his Paris restaurant. In 1985, in a red-light club, Rocco met Gabriel Pontello, famous 1980s Italian porn actor. They became great friends, and Gabriel introduced Rocco to the adult entertainment business. Rocco started out doing photo layouts for hardcore magazines. When he was introduced to producer Marc Dorcel and director Michel Ricaud, they cast him in his first adult film, Belle d'Amour.
